Lettings are from 4pm Saturday on the first day, to 10 am Saturday on the last day, unless otherwise agreed with me.
The maximum number to reside in the property is 4 in the East Wing unless previously agreed.
The balance of the rental cost plus the £100 / €150 security deposit is payable two months before the start of the rental period. The returnable security will be paid in full, minus any charge for electricity & wood during winter months only (October- end of March) & on condition that no damage has been done to the property or its contents & the gite is left clean & tidy.
If you do accidentally break something, please replace it with a similar item while you are here.
The deposit of 25% per week is payable before a booking can be confirmed, and is non-refundable.

Bed linen and towels are provided, inclusive in the price, but please bring your own beach/swimming towels.
