Terms and conditions

  • Lettings are from 4pm Saturday on the first day, to 10 am Saturday on the last day, unless otherwise agreed with me.
     
  • The maximum number to reside in the property is 7 in the Montifault Gite unless previously agreed.
     
  • The balance of the rental cost plus the £100 / €150 security deposit is payable two months before the start of the rental period.
    The returnable security will be paid in full, minus any charge for electricity & wood during winter months only (October- end of March)
    & on condition that no damage has been done to the property or its contents & the gite is left clean & tidy.
     
  • If you do accidentally break something, please replace it with a similar item while you are here.
     
  • The deposit of 25% per week is payable before a booking can be confirmed, and is non-refundable.
     
  • Please pay cheques to: Mrs J Tampen.


Bed linen and towels are provided, inclusive in the price, but please bring your own beach/swimming towels.
